Cerberius Subprocessors
At Cerberius, we are committed to transparency regarding how we handle your data. To provide our services, Cerberius Pty Ltd engages certain third-party service providers who may process personal data submitted to Cerberius services when you, our Customer (the "Controller"), use our services. These third parties are referred to as "Subprocessors."
This page identifies the Subprocessors authorized to process personal data on behalf of Cerberius in connection with the provision of our services, the services they provide, and the location where their processing activities primarily occur. Our engagement with these Subprocessors is subject to the terms outlined in our Data Processing Agreement (DPA).
We perform due diligence on the security and privacy practices of our Subprocessors to ensure they meet our standards and comply with applicable data protection laws.
Current Subprocessors
Cerberius uses the following Subprocessors to support the delivery of our services:

---|---|---|
Stripe, Inc. (and its affiliated entities as per Stripe's terms, e.g., Stripe Payments Australia Pty Ltd) | Payment processing for Cerberius subscriptions and services; associated fraud prevention. | United States (primarily), and other global locations as detailed in Stripe's Data Processing Agreement and privacy documentation. |
Note: The "Primary Data Processing Location(s)" indicates the main locations where the Subprocessor processes personal data. Due to the global nature of cloud services, data may be processed in other locations as necessary for service provision, redundancy, or as otherwise outlined in the Subprocessor's own data processing terms. Cerberius ensures appropriate data transfer mechanisms are in place for such processing, as detailed in our DPA.
Updates to this List
As our business grows and evolves, the Subprocessors we engage may also change. We will update this page with any new Subprocessors or changes to existing ones. As per our DPA, we will provide Customers with prior notice of any new Subprocessor engagements, giving them an opportunity to object. We encourage you to review this page periodically for the latest information on our Subprocessors.
